离他房子不到0.5mile就出了flood zone。 他还在那看过房子。
agent硬是没给他说这事。就是催他快下offer买房。各种吓唬, 神马下晚了就没房了, 价格要涨了。。。。

这老太太说的对,realtor都是从buyer做起的。谁会让一个新手菜鸟list自己的房子啊。listing agent也比buyer agent舒服,房子stage一下拍照挂出去就可以守株待兔等着offer了,不比buyer agent需要带着人跑来跑去看房子。有选择的话,人家也不想做buyer agent。
不过这行当靠口碑,所以往往新手更加有干劲和诚意。非要买房找中介的话,一个刚起步但有人推荐的中介好过做得很大、手下几十号人的那种。后者或许更懂行,但也更容易店大欺客,特别是欺负新来不懂行的。

怎么会没责任,buyer agent 必须强调这个并告知给买家的。
buyer的agent 代表buyer利益,这信息也是通过agent传达给buyer,并且要说明会带来什么后果。
来了个agent 把重要的信息吞了,然后来拿中介费?
