全家人吃一样的饭,可是另一半的查体结果出现了四个红色数字:
LDL-CHOLESTEROL value: 118
CHOLESTEROL, TOTAL: :205
TRIGLYCERIDES: 306
NON HDL CHOLESTEROL : 159
这都是个体差异的原因吧?

个体当然会有差异啊,好比有些人HDL 天然就高。 你这数据,TRI 绝对偏高了,转化VLDL 61.2 超了,HDL 多少?

嘴上喊着要吃清淡一些,但经常是从明天开始。特爱牛排,也吃costco的烤鸡,不爱吃鱼。

好像不可能。你吃素吗? 理论上我觉得吃素非常好,其他生命就可颐享天年了。 以前喜欢钓鱼,后来看到有人提倡素食,就立刻再也不去钓鱼了。

胆固醇就这三四个指标啊 total Cholesterol 高也不一定有问题,因为TC = LDL+HDL+VLDL , 如果你HDL 高,你的TC 必然高。 你要在意的是TC/HDL ratio <3.1 low risk, >5 moderate risk, 还有就是之前tri/HDL ratio <1.5 good, >2.5 not good。

另一半最爱的就是烤牛肉和羊肉汤,walmart那种很肥的羊肉。三文鱼有时也吃。上次快过年的时候,去walmart 竟然看到有买猪头的!另一半二话没说就挑了个最大的,回家一边看视频一边亲自做。他下厨的次数可用十指数过来。没想到,第一次做竟然做出了饭店的水平。后来就再也没见过有卖猪头的了。

LDL这么高不要生酮了。
我去年年初查出来也是这个数据,甚至还有更糟的其他数据。后来饮食控制了一下,半年后复查就基本正常了。上个月劳动节复查,数据还提高了,就是好胆固醇上升,坏胆固醇下降。
具体我自己怎么操作的也记不太清楚了。大概是:1)少吃碳水,特别是米饭和面,米饭只有一点,用那个餐盘,米肉菜严格按照比例,这个Tri就下来了,人也瘦了20磅。2)少吃不吃红肉,吃禽肉鱼肉,包括三文鱼。不喜欢吃鱼可以吃鱼油。这样有利于增加好胆固醇。3)炒菜橄榄油,少吃其他油。用处同2)。4)有机会多走路,有机会就饭后散步。基本上都还比较容易做到,无痛。

不谢。不是专家,我自己就是LDL超高的。脸书有个lmhr的群,大多数人都是吃低碳导致高LDL,可以去看看。
大可不必,了解一下各项指标,心里有个数。通常都是些常规指标,真有病有时也看不出来,呵呵。这些指标都是人定的平均值,怎么可能谁都在一个框框里。
我第一次见到比我高的,我准备观察注意三个月,ldl还这么高的话就吃药了。我也是其他都是正常的,就ldl高

赞👍 我想加两句: Triglycerides的结果必须要严格禁食后再测,否则结果不可靠(偏高)。严格禁食是起码八小时除了喝水没摄取任何东西。 我自己的经验,LDL-P家庭医生不愿意开,可能是我的数据没有很差,怕保险公司不报销?但是一个叫ApoB的项目现在算是常规检查了,我要求了以后医生给开了,保险是包的。这个ApoB可以间接看出来LDL的size profile,能够比lipid panel里的LDL-C更准确预测心血管疾病风险。
请问您有测过ApoB吗?

这个得看cardiologist 吧,会饮食控制加运动观测半年实在不行还是得吃药。我是家族遗传高LDL,所以最后还是吃药控制其它指数都正常
