There could be several situations. 1. The hotel stuff didn't know very well how to charge the cash and reward. so they treated as the total reward night. In this situation, you just enjoyed. 2. They charged to a different card that was listed in your account, so double check. 3. The settled transaction failed due to what ever reason, sometime it could show up 45 days later after resubmission.

这次和父母出行，发现现金是400刀 2晚，但是多了一个cash+point option. 只需要150刀+20750points, 我一想和挺合算，point需要尽快变现，就选了。当时点数立即就扣了，但是150刀没有charge. 因为旅店是可以免费cancel的，收钱都是check out的时候，估计信用卡就是用来garantee reservation就没多想。
现在这个trip已经结束2周了，当时check out的bill 是0刀，也一直没有收那150刀。我觉得如果我自己打电话过去问是不是忘记收钱了有点傻，我想问问有经验的MM，这个cash+point award的钱一般什么时候收？

这几天2个信用卡都查了就是没有。我在等等吧，这样看我也不联系旅店了，感觉他们查账的之后会发现的。
