工作上如何manage up?

来了个新的manager,又要重新磨合和适应新的manager 的style了。经历过几个manager之后还是觉得不得要领。在美国大厂里,到底应该和manager走的多近,怎么样才能算是很好的manage up?

真的。新换组一线小manager一枚,也是大厂。刚上任无比抓瞎,然后手下几个人自告奋勇帮我,开会前告诉我谁是谁,第一次合作无比靠谱,然后我就感恩戴德对他们印象超级好。
但是作为manager还是提醒自己避免有事就去找go to , 因为对其他人不公平。
