怎样把普通Amazon Prime转换成 Student?

家里的 Amazon Prime 马上到期了，刚好女儿今年大学，找了半天就是转换不了我们现有的账号成为学生账号。之所以想转换而不是取消再申请新的是想保持以前一些 subscription 的东西，还有照片,blink security，等等。 他家网站完全不helpful,也没办法找人问问题，没有电话，没有chat. 谢谢。
