这是日本给国际原子能机构的信件，其中第10页上有全部重金属的排放标准，每次排放前都会检测，合格了才会排放。信件里日本建议中俄来检测，但是中俄没有回应。希望中国尽早检测完发个报告告知天下，然后采取行动保护百姓

很多所谓检测标准，也是人为制定的，只是因为需要一个标准，不等于标准下就真的无害了。

韩国是民间反对的声音很大，总统装死说不支持也不反对。官方向IEAE提出抗议的是中国和俄罗斯。
韩国好多旅游景点的餐馆和水产市场已经开始受影响了。 可以想象他们的愤怒。
这段意思是中俄要求加入独立第三方的检测，准确说就是监督第三方的检测。既然这信向国际原子能机构提交的，日本不好也无权怀疑机构的可信性吧？但是这个机构应该允许中国以独立第三方的身份加入监控队伍，因为离的最近。相互安插人手就没啥必要了
东电的报告整个是伪造的，比如cs137的含量，常年都在30，正好是允许向海洋排放的上限
中俄本来要求的就是能够加入第三方的监测，并没有要拉出来单干。然并卵，日本不同意，只同意IEAE指定的第三方监测机构。中韩俄都是直接受害者，不让他们的人直接参加监测fair吗？
