怎么打shipping label? Paypal要求有active seller account?

最近大家怎么打印shipping lable using Paypal shipstation? 我刚才试了一下，就是不能付钱，研究了一下， Paypal Shipstation 必须要求在 Paypal account setting下　automatic payment 里面 Shipstation是active status 但是 Shipstation是active要求有active seller account?
大家都是有active Paypal seller account么？才能打印label? 不然是不是只能去邮局打印了？
