我也曾经被DELTA强行改变我的座位。有一次提前很早买票的时候直接在DELTA网站上选好了商务舱第二排的座位。付款以后自然有了CONFIRMATION包括座位。没想到的是在起飞前还有两周左右突然发电子邮件给我把我的座位改到了商务舱最后一排靠着入口的位置。当时已经没有其他位置可以选了。电子邮件里没有任何理由。我打电话去问告诉我那个座位坏了。不能坐人。 我当时就觉得他们在胡说。哪有座位坏了两周都修不好的。也没有任何道歉。 等到了旅行的时候就真相大白。一个穿着讲究的女人走到我原来订好的座位坐了下来。 我当时气不打一处来。回来还仔细看了一下条款能不能投诉DELTA，结果发现他们关于订票座位规定就像霸王条款。。。
