真正房价到底是在大家都担心自己几个月后还 有没有 JOB时。那是 demand 就在最低，房价也在最低。

说跌没任何意义，你永远能找到一个地方两个时间点，后面的时间这个地点的房价中值比前一个时间低。季节性变化总是有的。 你得说地点，时间，而且yoy比，跌最少多少。如果都能说准，那是nb。如果说不准，有时惩罚。否则谁都可以胡说八道
