拿黄金价格来算，或许说，以前买一个房子需要多少黄金，现在需要多少黄金，其实价格没变。主要是印了太多纸币，来自空气的纸币就是普通人手里有的东西，不值钱了，购买力下降。
房子价格下来需要：大量失业。年初花街配合政府制造裁员，结果失败了。高利率伤害经济，难题看美国怎么解决了。以前是靠强大的军事，别国得买印出来的纸币。。。现在不知道。
美国确实是人越来越多。一个经济不是那么紧张的家庭，应该有几套房产或地产！
