怎么算“wrong country”?
我现在两个国家（法国和另外一个欧洲国家A国）的机票和旅馆都订好了。拿着飞A国的机票和旅馆的预订，去A国的领事馆申请签证，还能算”wrong country”吗？
是谁来鉴定是wrong country? 法国入境时还是A国打指纹时？
没啥问题。当年约不到去A国的签证只能用refundable机票和旅店去约了B国的签证，顺利成行。整个旅程没有踏入过B国半步。从航空公司checkin到A国入关C国出关完全没有任何人找过麻烦。
