Citadel, the $57 billion hedge fund, and market maker Citadel Securities recruit hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students every year for an 11-week summer internship program. The acceptance rate was roughly 0.5% this year, with over 69,000 applications.

I read that point72 usually takes 40 out of 16000 applicants for their academy but I am not sure about the pay scales, maybe 0?

半夜被叫起来加班 经常各种事情折腾 虽然offer给的高 第一年就30了 最后能坚持多久不知道

现在AI进展这么快，新技术新算法时时出来，现在看着抢手的QT,QR过不了几天就被淘汰了。还是要多储备点知识好，能静下心来在学校多学点东西还是好的
