I suggest you join and talk to people in similar situations: https://www.facingourrisk.org/support/private-facebook-group from there you might be able to connect with local people in your area who happen to be in the same boat as you are. I have no personal experience with this particular group as I am not eligible but I have joined other supporting groups as a representitive for a dear friend of mine and I have wonderful experiences with those groups. 是肿瘤抑制基因发生突变，与BRCA1途径和P53途径都相关。
您只带该基因缺陷一个拷贝，只是2-3倍各型乳腺癌风险，不仅仅限于三阴型乳腺癌。
请继续吃雌激素抑制剂比如Tamoxifen。
楼主不是严重突变比如BRCA1/2，而是风险较小的突变。绝对不要做手术！

我妈50岁以前确诊乳腺癌，还有一个舅舅26岁直肠癌去世，我自己乳腺extremely dense，多发性结节和增生，多次biopsy 🤣医生建议我去做基因检测，然后基因咨询师面试了差不多一小时家族史，确认符合基因检测标准。不过咨询师说其实超过50%的美国人拒绝做基因检测，不想整天活在恐惧里
今天刚收到检测结果，咨询师说life long得乳腺癌的概率20-40%，follow up meet下周五
太好了！感谢专业人士的解答🌹我自己半知半解的看了一些资料，说这个bard1突变多数与乳腺癌ER negative 正相关，那是不是说我得乳腺癌的话，大概率跟雌性激素无关，那tamoxifen这样的内分泌治疗是不是就没有意义了啊，再次感谢！
