The focus shouldn’t be on how the ambassador dresses or how she looks, that’s very shallow. The whole spiel of Kate is that she doesn’t want power, yet she’s in power. She has no filter. And that humor! if you enjoy intelligence dialogs and the best parts in Succession, Marvelous Mrs Maisel, and a little bit of Veep, you will absolutely love this show. Excellent dialogs. Excellent one-liners. Very similar to the good wife, succession, Ms. Maisel and Billions. probably too much cursing, if feels like F word in every other line. But that might just be the reality in Washington. the plot is excellent, in between absurdity (VEEP) and suspension (The American), it’s so hard to strike this balance. the husband is probably the best actor in the show, the wife is close second.

我觉得看过homeland的人应该会喜欢，欣赏另一个故事。很少有人会因为红楼梦而不再喜欢其它古装剧。

演员都还不错，他们演的其他剧还挺好看的，这个就第一集看完就没有看下去的欲望。 女主以前演的the Americans很好看。
