checking/saving账户没钱会怎样？

如果checking/saving账户没钱会怎样？每月5刀的maintenance费会一直扣除,然后到了负的一定数额追着要钱或者报告给credit bureau还有讨债公司要钱么？ 还是到0之后几个月不存钱银行就关账户了事？不会追讨maintenance费用？
