我是做的腋下活检，按照我的理解是活检应该从淋巴节点里取样本化验，radiologist 取了三个样本，但是report 上说没有淋巴节点组织发现。这是不是radiologist 取错了，测试无效？我的OB 不懂，MSK 的医生要等下一周才能见到。

人命关天，你不要这么胡说八道害人行吗？
淋巴结清扫通常需要做多个，因为不是每个淋巴结都会有癌细胞。如果找到了，那就是确定有转移，一般有淋巴结转移至少就是3期。如果没有找到，那或者是确实没有转移，或者也有极小可能是没有扫到。但是基本就是按照临床指南分期治疗。
