I’m waiting for revised documents from the lender and will then send the final package over to the notary. 问题不大，但是closing晚了好多钱都要重算，seller应该交更多的property tax, 你的mortgage starting date 也要推迟。make sure 你不要吃亏了。

遇到过，没事的。 Funding 就是lender转账给title公司，耽误付给卖家一点时间而已。
问题不大，但是closing晚了好多钱都要重算，seller应该交更多的property tax, 你的mortgage starting date 也要推迟。make sure 你不要吃亏了。
