这就是为什么我非常反感地方或者州制定点儿啥法律或者规则，去解释与移民有关的东西 - 本来他们就既没有那个权限，也没有那个专业常识。

人家不傻啊。现在这种政治氛围，反华是给自个儿蹭热度增加人气的。至于法案有啥影响，是不是执行的了，或者如何影响佛州，这个本来（1）不太好预测（2）有啥坏影响有那么多人分担呢，而且影响真出来了的话，只要现在这个政治氛围还在，就不容易被归咎到这法案上（3）就算归咎到这法案上，也未必会直接对他们的政治生涯有影响。。。
凡是州或者地方的政策法规，牵涉到移民问题的时候，那些本地人不一定有这么清晰的理解。。。

Domiciled in PRC，是指居住在中国的中国，不能买。 还有居住在美国的中国人（non citizen or lawful permanent resident）,也不可以买。
说白了就是绿卡持有者和公民才能买。因为佛罗里达的法律，不能限制绿卡和公民，否则违宪了。
H1B如果法律不清晰，自然法庭决定，到时候打官司，够折腾了。
如果10年前买房的时候不是绿卡公民，现在是，是不是也要追？
法则还规定 以前买的房子 （包括2023 6 30 之前买的） 如果在 2023 7 1 到 2025 6 30 之间如不能拿到绿卡 那么就必须卖掉

美国是法制社会，单纯讨论这个的执行，那肯定是必须按法律规定的定义来执行的。这个到时候会有一个正确的解释。

正因为是法制社会，才能够让有这方面愿望与能力的人，在需要的时候，对法律条文做各种解释，还显得自个儿特有理。这个一点儿都不难，我相信基本上那些打到高院，有争议的官司，如果你就让持正方观点的法官替反方写意见，他们一样能给你写的头头是道。
州以及地方的官员本来就相对来说不熟悉移民法，你指望佛州立法者一定100%理解移民法中的各种定义？就别说具体执行者了。。。比较模糊的定义，是对他们有好处还是对（被执行者）有好处？
