Same here. 刚刚装了solar, 电费基本没有了。这个提议对所有solar用户不公平，简直是抢钱。

你可以装个电池，直接off grid。就不用付电费了。
没错。其实现在电费那么贵，也是因为很多人装了太阳能以后基本就不付费了。这又导致更多人装太阳能。如果能源公司不想办法多收钱，他们就得亏损。
