去年还是什么时候出现一个腰臀比,不要仅仅看BMI。感觉那个也有道理:如果腹部平坦,腰臀比好的话,不要太看重体重计的数字。

我用机器测得更高。。如果用这个表格来作为标准,我BMI才21%+

对,脂肪的分布更具合理性。 皮下脂肪通常和寿命正相关,而内脏脂肪导致各种代谢疾病。 所以腰围和身高的比值是相对来说更合理的一个数据。BMI各种被诟病、会误导。 记得有一项调查,是对历史上能查到并可以算出BMI的人们的寿命做了一个统计,数据点好像有上百万(?)个,结果是BMI 20-25的人群并不是寿命最长的,而是大约25-30们最长。具体数字有出入,记不清了,但是大概是这样的。

不是腰臀比。 腰臀比可能是从美观三围的角度说的? 我说的是腰围和身高的比值,我回头找找具体数值。这个主要是间接反映内脏脂肪多少的。

你拿个握着手柄测的体脂,误差率大的还不如用BMI呢,测体脂比较靠谱的方法有排水法和排气法,甚至还有人体扫描法,手柄根本就测不准

还挺有意思的。腰围是身高的一半,那还得了…
这个并不是为了好看而言,主要从身体健康或者说疾病风险的角度说的。所以腰围不超过身高一半的情况下,代谢类疾病的风险相对小一些。
