请教大家 Mint Mobile 买了International Roaming 之后用剩下的钱不能Refund ？

请教大家 Mint Mobile 买了International Roaming 之后，还剩下的钱不能Refund， 那么帐号里面的钱只能浪费了吗？帐号里面这个钱还能用作其他用途吗? 另外也告诉大家不要一下子买好多这种Ineternational Roaming.
