To take advantage of this economy to hire cheap folks. They posted hundreds of job openings right after the first few rounds of layoffs. This place is not what it used to be. I don’t recommend joining anytime soon, or ever.
I got laid off February 2, and there was an internal position that a few people were suggesting I go for…..but… I feel like….what’s to say that position won’t be eliminated too? At least now I have 28 wk severance. Morale sounds terrible as well.

是的 而且从大厂跳比从零开始容易多了 现在这波大厂裁员的,但凡差不太多,也能找到下家。new grad就没什么人要。
现在公司还说如果 senior level 走了,要么内部消化,要么招 NG。一堆不懂技术、更不懂技术价值的人搞管理,就像不懂船的人当船长,the ship is sinking fast....
我见到升级快的都是在一个快速发展的组里待了很长时间的,到处跳的大多senior就到头了

是啊,这就是逼人不要把东西做的太好。制造问题再解决问题,唉,这个烙印最擅长,80%都不到,PPT已经安排上了,然后一路修修补补,最后东西都是表面光。
