The bank, which has staged a recovery in recent years after a series of crises, was the biggest loser among large European bank stocks Friday after announcing a plan to repurchase debt, a move normally seen as a sign of strength. Analysts struggled to explain the selloff, which prompted German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to publicly back the lender. “We view this as an irrational market,” Citigroup Inc. analysts including Andrew Coombs wrote in a note. “The risk is if there is a knock on impact from various media headlines on depositors psychologically, regardless of whether the initial reasoning behind this was correct or not.” Deutsche Bank slumped as much as 15%, the biggest decline since the early days of the pandemic in March 2020, before paring losses.

德国肯定要bail out的，不会让德银倒掉的，因为后续连锁反应会压垮整个德国的。

德银，1/5 的钱在中国，和其他地方钱是隔离的
可以用来买华为手机和通信设备，但德国自己放弃了。回过头看，经济危机真正的源头是华为。原因欧洲国家在中国赚的钱去买中国高附加值的货品，就能保持良性循环。自己要联合起来，不去买中国高附加值的东西，就会造成钱印越多。变成了，现在的西方银行就是一个数字游戏
中国低附加值的货品本身就便宜，而且早就饱和，你不买中国高附加值的货品，那么赚的钱就只能去生钱，最好就是通货膨胀了
我大概看了手头数据，宣布禁止华为通信设备的国家都有要破产的银行，华为其实就是相当于中国政府给你兜底借钱给你搞基建，还让你和中国贸易增加流动性，还可以带动一批钱的流动
我记得是海航，但不清楚在海航破产重组过程中是否已经被抛了。。

对啊，德银没有像瑞信那样丑闻缠身，而且过去两年巨额亏损。
不过德银是不是埋了地雷，谁也不知道，只有等到踩到的那天。
除了德银暴跌，德国商业银行下跌9%，法国兴业银行下跌7%，一个接一个。
德银亏损已经好几年了，买买提股版在的时候就有大牛说他家不行了。现在买买提都倒闭了一年不止了吧。

我的直觉是，相比欧元区的这几个银行，英国那些大大小小银行的雷，几个月后将会更劲爆。
瑞士的银行，政府能修改相关法律去bail out，因为自己的财政和货币是独立的。但在欧盟欧元区，各个国家的财政和货币政策，是比较古板的，反射弧速度也慢，不是那么快，不过，好在欧盟欧元区的银行的衍生品杠杆不是那么大，亏损比例不是特别高。
但是，英国 的那些银行，长期以来，行事风格 比瑞士的UBS和CS，狂野得多，几个月后，将要爆出来的雷，估计要宏大得多。
