Recipe here: 110g of milk (you can also use water) 45g of unsalted butter 55g of all purpose flour 100g of eggs 具体做法可参考

1. Add milk and butter into a saucepan 2. Heat on medium to melt and cook until the milk boils 3. Remove the mixture from the heat 4. Sift in the flour all at once 5. Put the mixture back on the heat and stir constantly to allow the flour to mix with the butter and milk evenly 6. Turn on the heat to low or medium to cook off the moisture 7. The dough will be ready when it is a bit thicker (signs mentioned in the video) 8. Cool the dough before adding the eggs 9. Add the eggs a little bit at a time (Be careful- don't add all of it at once) 10. Whisk together until the dough becomes smooth and can make a v shape with the spatula 11. Pipe out 12. Bake at 400F (200C) -first 20 min, then 350F (177C) for 10-15 min
