其实华为以前为了和美国搞好关系，哪怕自己的麒麟芯片性能上来了，高通芯片还是照样进口的。其他的部件就不说了，而且还要在英国建海外研发总部啥的。甚至美国完全可以走tiktok路线，让华为到美国设厂研发总部啥的，等扩大到一定程度，然后逼着华为出售。美国某种意义上在某些方面帮了中国，留住了华为，慢慢消除了某些短板。这不是说双赢或者赢两次，只是讨论策略的利弊，你要和我争就你赢就是
