他说，Meta仍致力于“分散式工作”（distributed work），可以在家或在路上办公，但还是鼓励员工们“面对面”地办公。
“我们的分析表明，面对面办公的效果要好于远程办公。”Meta的这项分析还表明，对于处于职业生涯早期的工程师，如果每周至少有三天与团队成员面对面工作，则其表现要更好。

就是要逼员工回办公室呗。

所以在家办公是不是更容易被裁

只要公司有任何区别WFH和on site的倾向，那WFH肯定是先被裁吧？

整天跟上司见面聊天和一年见两次差别挺大的。想想也知道。

大家都懂，一般来说在办公室当然比家里出活多。老板和打工人的矛盾，自古就有，也不可能根除(除非是共产主义). 现在先说新员工适应期最好来公司，慢慢就可以说大家都来公司，不来就走人呗。

讲太对了！ 从来没去过办公室的new hire和经常去办公室的老人比，出活少，这种比较有意义吗……

谁都别挑战人性。

就凭他先搞出meta的泡沫，到疯狂招人现在又狂裁人，真是江郎才尽。劈材哥是职业经理人，没有远见就算了，小扎可是founder…
