男孩多大送去健身房

眼看从小坚持的运动也快搞不下去了,为防止成宅男,考虑给他找个伙伴一起送去健身房。只是才12岁,正是窜个的时候,是不是还有点太早。

12岁孩子太小正是男孩关键期,健身房太多穿着瑜伽裤勒出大鲍鱼的大妈,实在太影响男孩发育

串个子差不多结束了再上重量。之前跑步游泳自重力量训练,不用额外加重

我觉得稍微有点太早。十二岁还可以试试看其他的运动项目啊,篮球排球游泳。。。

我家15岁,人家在家自己炼练 举哑铃俯卧撑等… 人家按照学校体育课学回来练的 每天练半小时
老妈在旁边唠叨他别练伤了 我是不是太过焦虑了?

不练器械的话,就不用去健身房。有限的时间还是给户外运动好

我觉得不适合,因为gym 里太多追求肌肉的人,这么小的孩子造成身材焦虑的可能性会变大 如果开始追求增肌,又会有太早接触steroid, hrt 这些东西

16岁可以去gym。 weight traning得找教练,小的时候举重容易长不高。

我们家女娃12岁进健身房私教的,小重量甚至弹力带我觉得问题不大。学校冬季也会有健身课进学校的健身房我就会把私教课停掉,女儿说班上有其他女生很厉害的胸推30磅起哈哈哈哈。

我还看过一篇 mayo clinic 文章,找不到link了
总之,没有强证据支持 weight lifting 会让人长不高的说法,奥运会重量级的举重运动员很多都是 1米8 1米9的个头,我们老看到个儿矮的,因为中国选手在轻量级别里面领先,选人的时候特地挑个子矮的。Teen 需要注意的是不要急着上大重量,不要冒进,以免受伤。

举重影响身高这个说法在中国人里面特别流行,跟我们的举重运动员个子矮是有很大关系的。因为个子矮做功距离短有优势,挑选运动员的时候会特地挑爸爸妈妈都矮的,这是个很大的bias。中国举重在大体重级别比较弱,所以我们看不到高个子。

If you can control how your kids are being trained in the gym, then sure. But in most cases you can’t, and they might not know if the strength trainings are even good for their body and growth

我们家10岁开始上私教。其实他也有其他运动。但是想着私教启蒙健身房,能给他以后养成锻炼的好习惯。每次有一些力量训练。

18岁以前自重训练就很好了,因为体重本身就在不断的增加
