auction开始前就不能撤销了。要反悔的唯一办法是让银行账户里的钱少于国债的价格，但这样的话银行会收non-sufficient fund fee，大约二三十刀。
回复 1楼momentive的帖子 yes. for the 1st time, T-Bill 17 weeks rate dropped from 5.2% to 4.8% due to the banking crisis (flight to safety and higher rate). the bank started to raise the rate to keep the deposit. bank saving account rate is higher now. CIT bank=4.2% Mysaving direct=4.3% They are all FDIC insured to 250K not insured: Ford Interest Advantage=4.8% (never failed for the last 20 years). Ford is the only US automaker that has never filed Chap 11. You can use its stock price as an indicator. if it drops below $8, move the money out.

you can log into treasury direct and cancel the buy order until the actual buy date (one day before it).
you need to play with "manager my account"
go to "manageDirect"
then "Pending Transactions"
you can cancel "Pending purchase"
到期只会给你国债的面值。
你手里国债的市场价还没超出面值吧？这周新发行的国债的rate跌了约0.3%，所以新发行的国债价格升高了，也带动了二手国债的市场价。
有些银行直接给账户上记一个负值，还加上overdraft fee
有道理。前面我说的不适用于有overdraft protection的账户。
