Under the revision to Regulation D announced in 2020, the Fed has loosened requirements for how banks treat savings deposits. 嗯， 俺的全部家当都在 E*Trade 里， premium saving interest 3.5% 还可以， 关键是可以随时炒股， 只要 FDIC cover 够了 就不想动了， 何况现在被 morgan stanley 收购了， MS 也是大的投资银行。
从来没碰到这种情况阿， 从外面转比较慢， 我一般都是 broker 跟 premium saving 转来转去的， 立马到账。
这个需要做什么 才能用premium 么? 还是所有现金都自动就是？
要开个帐号，这个属于bank account, 不是broker account, 不是自动的。 我好多年前就把bank of America 的saving 关了，只留了个checking account。 特别适合炒股的。

你说的对，不过关键是银行的保费吧？银行多交点保费就应该可以多保。当然，你也可以认为银行在胡说八道。
