我听别人说卷商倒了，股票还会在，只是换一家接管。SIPC的50W只是这家卷商卷钱逃跑了才会管，是这样吗？
券商倒了应该也不是一定会有别的券商接管。
保50万也不是你原本有50万一定还有50万得看你买了什么，归零的股一样归零。。

你买的股票，实际在上市公司那里有记录，不光是券商。理论上你可以找它要一个certificate，有了certificate，谁也拿不去，你可以把cerfiticate存在任何一家券商。
你要是不放心，可以找券商要股票的certificate
