什么狗屁，公司每年定期奖励高管白给或低价给他们一堆股票，common practice是很多人拿到这笔奖励当即就会卖掉好交税且不让自己手里本公司股票太多，ceo卖的就是那天同天白给他的那些股，这是无数高管每季都在做的，这个人要是每次在做忽然不做才奇怪
