从2019年到2022年春天，我家自住房估值确实翻翻了，但是之后就从高点跌下来了，到现在已经跌了30%，所以现在差不多是2019年的1.4倍。后面是否还继续跌要看利率，我认为还有一年可跌，明年春天可能会探底到2019的价位。

衣服没涨吧，感觉通胀以后衣服鞋子的deal好多，大家的钱都用在生活必须品上了。
能涨一倍的资产肯定不多，从一万到2万政府发钱就到了，100万到200万就难多了

房子涨了房产税也跟着涨，可是工资涨得有限
这个图资产涨的最高最快的是最下层的50%的民众。可是最下层50%的民众才拥有全美国资产的1.2%. 也就是说上一半50%的民众的拥有98.8%。（当然大头都在最上层的1%-10%手里）
从这个图看到，2年美国上一半的民众资产涨了25%，这个是实打实的资产累计或者升值。可是最下层50%的民众资产超过了125%。恰恰说明他们根本没有什么资产，政府给他们的额外每次几千块的救济就让他们的‘资产’升了那么多。其实看的出来美国一半人民的日子过的有多急促，政府多给点救济对于他们来说就是大钱了。
而且是亏了一半。。。
