切忌不要judge, 说什么脑子不好, 错误百出, 对错都是相对的, 轮不到你下定论, 你express your own concerns, 他人会更好接受。
周六有空,再给你多说两句, 你这个例子满典型的, 老板不给权限是fact, 后面的动机是你的揣测, 如此负面,阴暗的揣测才是根本问题,
沟通是心灵的窗口, 内心阴暗没有话术能拯救, 得从根子上解决。
你这情况老板的问题比较大。他根本没想解决问题,要不就给你权限了。
