这个我问过,五星没有限制。我没说要改,为明年争取。
当然可以争取 别表示任何不满就是了 就问下次想争取5怎么做
我们这都没听说有拿五星的。传统公司四星都舍不得给。
说到底就是老板认为你没到那个水平呗。
不用看就可以预测很多人说老板是哄你干活的 mm你根本不优秀什么的 - 真的很多人以打击人为乐。mm不用理会,我觉得你肯定是很优秀的。
performance本来就是要谈的,不存在什么斤斤计较。你可以问他,你期望5,让他解释具体现在哪里做得不够不能给5,你好有针对性的提高。另外,mm不想提升职吗?我怎么觉得比争取5更值得呢?

不要轻易放弃自己的追求 这么说的人可能连4都没有拿到过。职场上,你要看得清楚,也要先做到更多,才会有收获。多努力,多manage老板,可能成功可能不成功,可以换一个地方。但是如果cynical, 注定loser。
到了一定年纪,知道你不可能跳槽了,缺你组会crash都没用
怎么多manage老板嘞
RE,我对手下的人基本上就是这样的。。。确实是有偏爱和在金钱上会反应出来。比如特别能干特别心腹的,那肯定要提拔,升1级升2级都可以的,一般的就给个4分哄着,干的不好的就上PIP了。 而且我都会变着花样说好话。所以从评语上是看不出区别的。
那手下怎么和你谈你不反感?谢谢
有两种特别反感,三天两头威胁你不给我啥啥我就跳槽的,推都推不动的教都教不会的还不停要这要那的。
其他人来谈,如果是真心真意想提高水平想升职爬梯子,我都会尽量找机会给机会帮助他们。他们要转组我也支持。
当然只是我个人看法。我是年度好老板。 有的老板估计没有我这种豁达的心胸要穿小鞋, 他们想不通啊,都是资本家打工而已,把组里搞得剑拔弩张,没必要嘛

谈话的时候重点讲自己愿意多承担责任,做更challenging 的工作。不要直接说升职,因为有时候你老板说了也不算。不要直接谈performance score, 否则有的老板可能会觉得你斤斤计较很难搞。
我这种相对躺平,天天追求work life balance的人,给个四星我就很happy了。啥时候给个average,我就会警醒,然后皮紧一些了。
差别是1% ,突然感觉没啥必要了
同感。我拿4星或5星,基本和我干的好坏不直接相关,主要看这一年考评时,老板和他的peer们博弈的结果。我是半躺平状态,就是有活来了起来干活,干完躺平那种,对升职已经被动随缘了。我们performance reviww的分数,和bonus以及 rsu的分数还可以不一致(后面两个暗箱操作,拿到钱才可以推测出来),光争preformance review的分也没用。楼主如果差别只有1%的话,从钱上,貌似就随意吧。

与其去争一个星,不如直截了当谈职业发展,谈升职,谈工资underpay。
