她怎么想是她的事情。但是犯罪的人就是要惩罚，尽量避免他们以后再对别人犯罪。
所以刑事诉讼不是什么个人选择。这个人的家属吆喝不追究，是对整个社区的不负责任。另外他们不追究罪犯的话，也不要跟无关群众筹集资金了，都自己担下去得了。何苦放过罪犯，但去掏不想干群众的口袋。
