请教深度洗牙

医生建议深度洗牙，因为牙龈有些退化，敏感。。。我自己没觉得有很大不适，但是还是倾向于做一下。
那么问题来了。。
1） 深度洗牙的附加选项：1. laser deconstruct (自付$175*4 = 700刀) 医生强推 2 Antibacterial Irrigation （自付$75*4 = 300 刀) 。请问做过的朋友们，这个收费和选项你们怎么看？
2） Basic的深度洗牙，保险cover。但只做basic的，会不会白受罪，很快就又脏了？
3）深度洗牙通常多久需要再做？
4） 深度洗牙会不会有负面影响？比如更敏感 or 伤害已经有的filling和crown的牢固度？
5） oral hygiene 医生matter吗？

Cons: Lasers cannot be used on a tooth that has a filling Lasers are not able to be used on any cavities that are in between the teeth Lasers do not work when there is too much tooth decay present Lasers are not able to remove any damaged crowns or bridges

深度洗牙还是很有必要的， 不过  laser deconstruct 没听说过， 我深度洗过两三次的样子， 一般会自己付一些， 保险很难全部 cover.
一般深度洗牙后 经常 regular 洗牙就好了。

1.laser是有用的，但是如果你是用diode Laser, 那只是对于gum, 跟你牙齿没有什么关系。他的作用就是止血比较快，同时杀菌，加速牙龈愈合。所以还是有用的。 2. 我没明白什么是basic的深度洗牙。SRP只有一种，哪里还有basic 和advance分别的洗牙啊？ 3. 你深洗是因为bone loss + subgingival calculus, 牙龈线以下有牙结石，也就是说结石长在牙根上了，洗完了之后4-6周去重新检查做Perio re-evaluation, 之后每3个月复查一次做Perio maintenance 就行了，不需要再次深洗。除非又隔个一年才去复查，牙结石又长在牙根上了，就有可能再次深洗。4. 不会。不把牙结石弄掉，牙根会变松，牙龈萎缩。 5. Matter. 找个好的给你彻底洗干净非常重要，不然你深洗干嘛啊，还遭罪还花钱。 另外，irrigation 完全没什么鸟用，你叫牙医给你一瓶chlorhexidine自己回家漱口就完事儿了。
