从被裁员工角度来说,被裁继续找工作好还是减少现有包裹继续在微软好? 是不是被减少包裹后,大部分也就开始重新找工作了,骑驴找马,降薪绝对是很痛苦的。

做操作系统的,做云的,做office 的, dynamics 的, browser 的, search 和广告的,visual studio 的,各种数据库的,政府服务的,device 的,其他各种server products的,DC运营的。。。这几年扩招不一样,受这次大环境的影响也不一样。微软自己是一个四十多年大的ecosystem, product variety 比别的大厂要大的多。所以很难有个coherent 的policy。

一边裁一边招会被告的。即使裁过头了要补人,也是要优先召回被裁员工。

也看到了。我猜最近rate低了一些。还有些新的listing price已经降下来,比较合理了。
