我喜欢纸杯蛋糕,自己瞎琢磨做个比较健康的蛋糕 5个蛋(刚好装满这个磨具) 蛋白加少许白糖搅拌机打发; 蛋黄:适量橄榄油,少许鲜奶,低筋面粉,红糖,柠檬汁搅匀 坚果:核桃、cranberry干 …全部混一起放烤烤箱烤280 度烤大概40-50分钟。
(我会在托盘里加水再放蛋糕进去烤,以防烤太干或中间没熟表面就烤焦) 柠檬汁可以去蛋腥味,同时蛋糕有酸甜的层次感
