那个位置就在高中附近，估计正是人到中年，孩子要读高中。。。
结果被雇主搬到了得克萨斯。agent 说房主没有钱在得克萨斯买房，必须得卖出去才能有钱。。。我算了下，他那套房如果贷款，每个月两万，地税每个月三千，还有其他如保险，utilities。。。每个月税后两万五。。。加州。就算以前利率低，省一万，也是一万五。
万一不能很快卖出去，感觉要亏出去一百万啊。。。
那家房子4000多平方英尺，但是房间很多，小格子，肯定是穷人家上有老下有小。不是豪宅，地皮6000尺。。。
现在正在进行的这波熊市主反弹 会跟股市反弹持续到2月底

18 年高通裁员的时候，这片好多卖的，都差不多这价。
房子不增值，使用成本就太高了。大部分人就更用不起了。100万的房子，使用10年，涨到200万，扣掉每年6万的维修，利息，地税的使用费，实际使用费用是-40万。扣掉交易成本，使用费用也是负的。如果没涨，使用费用就超过60万。如果再贬值了，那使用成本就更高。
这里就指着高通苹果大裁员了。万一没有呢？呵呵，现在搞一堆预测是干嘛，到时不是显得很傻。
的确如此， 可是你家里人多， 还真得被迫买这种房子。。 加州剥削移民大家庭太狠了， 南加水电费都奇贵！

agent话不多， 都应该是实话
她说房主本来打算住一辈子不搬家的，，结果工作挪到德州了，， 她说房东卖不掉就没法再德州买房。没有钱。
同病相怜。。 穷人真心活下来不易。。
那块环境很好的啊！就是离coast远了点。
这agent真诚实。买家可以狠狠砍价了。😂
感觉卖掉在德州也买不了房子了，首付估计要赔光
其实就是俩看门的 真的agent 不在 那两个一男一女特年轻。。反正开门有人就行。
房主不在了 能管得了谁做open house?
