那个位置就在高中附近,估计正是人到中年,孩子要读高中。。。
结果被雇主搬到了得克萨斯。agent 说房主没有钱在得克萨斯买房,必须得卖出去才能有钱。。。我算了下,他那套房如果贷款,每个月两万,地税每个月三千,还有其他如保险,utilities。。。每个月税后两万五。。。加州。就算以前利率低,省一万,也是一万五。
万一不能很快卖出去,感觉要亏出去一百万啊。。。
那家房子4000多平方英尺,但是房间很多,小格子,肯定是穷人家上有老下有小。不是豪宅,地皮6000尺。。。

18 年高通裁员的时候,这片好多卖的,都差不多这价。
房子不增值,使用成本就太高了。大部分人就更用不起了。100万的房子,使用10年,涨到200万,扣掉每年6万的维修,利息,地税的使用费,实际使用费用是-40万。扣掉交易成本,使用费用也是负的。如果没涨,使用费用就超过60万。如果再贬值了,那使用成本就更高。
这里就指着高通苹果大裁员了。万一没有呢?呵呵,现在搞一堆预测是干嘛,到时不是显得很傻。
的确如此, 可是你家里人多, 还真得被迫买这种房子。。 加州剥削移民大家庭太狠了, 南加水电费都奇贵!

她说房主本来打算住一辈子不搬家的,,结果工作挪到德州了,, 她说房东卖不掉就没法再德州买房。没有钱。
同病相怜。。 穷人真心活下来不易。。
那块环境很好的啊!就是离coast远了点。
这agent真诚实。买家可以狠狠砍价了。😂
