是的。它说难民可以从入境时开始算，B1,2不行，因为前者从入境时就有建立home的intention，而后者没有这样的intention.所以我觉得后者从递交绿卡申请开始算，因为递交的那一刻就证明了有这个intention.

请问怎么算出入境时间？每次出境那段时间就不能算进5年？只有在境内居住的时间才能算？是要在境内住满365*5天吗？
