对,这个whey 含有大量益生菌,可用作发酵蔬菜的引子, 把whey和酸奶搅拌均匀一起吃吧,倒了好浪费,因为自己在家发酵酸奶的好处就是可以吃到更多活的益生菌呀
我直接到一些kefir到牛奶里,然后就放在室温下,第二天就可以喝了。貌似放几天都可以。我通常放两三天,吃了没有异味,也没有不良反应。
这样可以一直放在室温环境里吗?可以放多少天? 是不是Kefir就是可以一直不放冰箱,永远不会坏?我就有些担心在室温环境下放几天,会不会产生不好的细菌?能请高人解答一下吗?
超市买的不知有多少活菌,再加牛奶放几天都不知道里面有长什么,这我不敢喝。 就是家里自己做的kefir,如果牛奶换得不及时,都有可能长杂菌,一旦长了也只能扔了换新菌种
