北达拉斯地区frsico , plano,allen 地税大概在1.9% 到 2.3% 左右,算是德州地税比较低的地区。

Mello roos不是每个房子都会有的,即使有, 每个月的月付和年限都有区别,新房也一样。 显然你买房的时候没考虑到这一点。 我买房的时候除了房价第二个问题就会问tax有多少, 多出来的税有可能相当于你的房价又加了几十万
湾区500万房子住起来也就和德州50到100万房子差不多,所以相似居住条件下总地税还是加州高
升值空间不同。湾区房子交得税,以后升得值要比交得税多得多。德州就不是了,交得税就等于真得交出去了。
