求问：父母绿卡的申请

父母现在过来刚3个多月，打算给他们申请绿卡。他们因为家里有事情，在明年6月前后必须要回国一趟。请问这种情况，一旦提交在绿卡下来前他们是不是出境了就不能再入境了？另外，现在网上有提交130，但是不能网上提交485，这样的话大家是建议一起邮寄，还是分开申请呢？ 谢谢！

明年6月AP至少能下来了，就能自由出入境

Should have filed as soon as they arrived. I thought 485s are current so why not file both at the same time? Mine took 6 months to get an interview but it took another 3 month to get the physical cards. There is a wechat group called 父母绿卡, I think.

现在绿卡办得慢，最好是等他们下次来再办，这样比较稳当

不一定。现在131的process time常常是11个月。疫情后很慢的，不是以前了。

Should have filed as soon as they arrived. I thought 485s are current so why not file both at the same time? Mine took 6 months to get an interview but it took another 3 month to get the physical cards. There is a wechat group called 父母绿卡, I think.

我是先线上提交了130。填485的时候发现应该体检报告一起随485交比较好就又约了体检，打疫苗什么的。一个月以后才寄出485，AP 和 EAD申请。
AP下来以前好像不能离境？

很多律师都这么说，不光是华人移民律师。大家就宁可信其有，不太敢轻易提前3个月。
