香港机场国内飞纽约terminal 1一小时转机够吗？

如题。

绝对不够，过移民局，过海拿行李，重新托运行李。

联程的票应该可以，毕竟错过了可以直接改签。不联程的应该很难，第一段遇上晚点，时间就来不及了。之前在香港转机去台北，没有托运行李，记得好像没有过海关，走的transit通道

别了，太紧张了，任何小问题都会让你赶不上。干过这事儿还是911和疫情前，发誓绝对再也不干了。

I will only attempt it if it is the first flight of the day out of mainland to HKG. Forget it if you are flying out of PVG as the east coast corridor is simply too suspectible to PLA air force training exercise blocks.
Flying into mainland and transiting from HKG 1 hour is more than enough. The shortest allowable by CathayPacific transit through HKG to mainland I believe used to be 40 minutes (below that they won''t ticket you) which is amazing considering they have to transfer you luggages. Airport attendants usually meet customers at the gate and escort you through the transfer.
I have flown CathayPacific for over 20 years before the pandemic, by the way.

That''s correct. You don''t need to go through custom. Don''t need to worry about checked luggage either. But the transit does have a line and they do another round of carry on checks. Airport attendants can escort if you are running close (before pandemic, not sure about it now). and they wait for you right at the gate when you get off.

香港机场是世界上最高效的机场，只要前面飞机不晚点，一个小时足够了。 每次去香港场搭飞机都是一个小时从家到gate，回来都是20分钟出机场（11月刚回了一次，包括等行李出关快测核酸）。以至于这次圣诞在ord飞机降落后等出关等行李足足等了三个小时的时候无比怀念香港机场。

鼓内起飞航班经常晚点呀。香港一小时够不代表你真的有一小时。
