It's actually better than what you mentioned. Their trade-in is top notch as well. You can buy a cracked Samsung S21 from ebay for $140 and trade it in for $400+. You do need to stay with them for at least 120 days, tho. I recently switched to google fi so let me know if you need referral.

I assume you switched to Unlimited Plus? As I said on paper, when it comes to data coverage/bandwidth, there is no difference btw Unlimited Plus and Flexible so the only explanation I can gave were the three I mentioned up thread. Remember it could be that the Caribbean country you went to simply didn't have good data support, regardless if you go with Flexible plan or Unlimited plus. Of course, all are pure speculations.

Well please go back read your own post. This is the first time you mentioned unlimited plus. And so far you never said you switched from flexible to unlimited plus *while in Carriabean* so what makes you think unlimited plus works better than flexible in that region? I would guess very likely you would get same 3g with unlimited plus too which was my point. By the way, switching to unlimited plus from other plans is instantaneous (don''t need to wait for another billing cycle). I have no reason not to believe you but you sure has some issues describing your problems.

Google fi uses Tmobile network. No issues in the cities. Barcelona is also working beautifully.

为什么会是我的手机setup？又不是第一次在国外用。我也是仔细看了Googlefi的网页、确认我去的国家cover才从unlimited 换的flexible plan，结果出国以后就很差的体验，coverage 都是使用当地的网络. 之前用unlimited也都至少是LTE coverage。

难道你是Google fi的客服？话说如果我当时有screenshot 真可以去file complaint, 不过当时没有想那么多。一个到美国本土三个小时，到处都是的地方你跟我说coverage不好😒。你一定要说flexible 和unlimited是一样的data 我只能说这个只有自己遇到了才知道🤷♀️ ，不过是提醒其他人如果要想要丝滑境外体验，要用最贵的那款data plan（每个payment cycle可以换）， 否则速度慢不说，$10/gb 算下来还不如用贵的。
