是的 是个老中 没记错的话还是个第一代的老中
是的啊 本来这个business model是work的 但是太贪了 我最看不惯两点 一是虚假宣传, 疫情期间把自己包装成高科技公司圈钱 发财包那会,一会AI 一会high tech,到处博眼球炒估值,收了很多烂房刷都不刷就直接加价上市,本来是就是个大号无良agent炒家,连flipper都功夫都懒得做,就空手套白狼炒房令人不齿(我朋友卖给他们的房子,当时以为会至少刷一下再上市吧,过阵子原封不动的放出来,他还进去看了一下,一丁点变化都没有,就直接加钱卖。)就这样还硬是要沾高科技的光,把自己当科技公司卖。 二是到处哄抬价格,扰乱市场,散步恐慌,反正这波泡沫有他们一份力,现在泡泡破了自食其果吧 不过最惨的是那波散户,当时在Reddit上真有很多人信了他的AI model鬼话,这些散户到今天应该已经被生吞活剥了,高管靠骗在资本市场肯定已经赚的盆满钵满了。
很显然 business model 不 work 所谓贪婪,每一个公司都贪婪
这就是他们的问题啊,收房收不过 agent/flipper。
