请问大家Panettone cake为什么能放那么久

Costco whole foods卖的panettone都保质期挺长的，成分表没写有防腐剂，很象加了果干儿的面包啊，请问为什么它就能放半年呢？谢谢！

高油高糖的都能存比较久？还有这个面包最好用天然酵母做，是不是也有影响。

我也问过这问题， 这面包好象油糖含量不太高啊，感觉跟一般面包差不太多， 也是面粉为主，这天然酵母发酵两次就能防腐半年了吗？还是感觉不太能理解啊。
