我们也是经常提醒孩子。但是她的提醒不是善意的,更有一种揶揄嘲弄的感觉。说实话,我觉得自己被歧视了,具体原因说不清楚是不是因为我们是中国人,但是就是被歧视的感觉,但是桌面上又说不出具体她哪里做得不对。就是吃哑巴亏那种感觉

顾客是上帝,哈哈。小娃也是顾客啊。服务员的工作是让顾客满意,不是教育顾客。 如果只是没说please就这样,那这个服务员就是有问题。 不过注意礼貌确实是有必要的。服务人员心情好也会服务得更好。社会大环境要平和很多。 你是不是学日语出身的,说话要强调各种尊卑,长幼有序。哈哈
