我胆固醇也超高,常年服用鱼油。效果看不出来,不过应该也没有坏处了。
我自己现在用绿色nature bounty 的那个,因为没有味道。Kirkland的我吃过,如果水温高服送的话不及时吃东西,会有很大的味道,类似怀孕反应那种,实在受不了。

三文鱼非常容易做,在我们家都是来不及煮肉就烤一块吃。
你买真空包装一块一块冷冻的。整块放碗里撒上盐、胡椒、大蒜粉、herbs,或者稀释一些miso直接倒在上面,锡箔纸包上碗口,小烤箱烤30分钟就可以吃了。根本不用粘手。
我娃也说她一直买trader Joe那种小块冷冻的,我还没试呢,我做的话,就是抹酱油红糖, 做日式照烧味道。
我不吃,我胆固醇比例很好,家族遗传。我老公的眼睛医生叫他吃,我说眼睛不是吃鱼肝油吗?他也没弄明白,吃这也没啥害处就吃呗,尽量吃有效成分高的,省得摄入脂肪过量。一楼的第一个我们这边没看到过。
