意思大概是a（亚麻compliance org的一个L7 SDM？）说她要和高层开会讨论缩减团队规模，按照规矩a手下的团队比要求多了4个人，但是现在dev上没有人（也就是没有人会被赶走），所以希望手下的mgr在第二天10点前给a名单好凑齐这四个人。 然后下面有两个mgr就回复了说我们组只有一个打算被dev的，计划1月23号实施（具体是告知sde被dev还是直接轰走ta没说，但看a的回复应该是让内部转组？） a说我要的是12月31号前滚蛋4个人，不是年后让4个人内部转组这种形式。以及a要求手下mgr没有完成5% LE指标的要么完成这个指标要么作出解释 结论就是，这个组其实还可以，有两个mgr手下各自只有一个人表现不是非常好，但是mgr没有下狠手，可能会暗示他们赶紧转组，不转组的话1/23会dev，但是迫于上面压力必须12/31之前把他们轰走。以及这个组看来是少于5%的人拿到LE，但是迫于上面压力必须提高LE的比例。

最近亚麻的事情闹的一地鸡毛，也来说说亲历者的感受。十月中被告知project被cancel掉了整个大组全部被裁掉，会议上vp说得亏你们现在在amazon，有很多内部transfer机会，说会有hr来找我们，帮助我们转组，公司会尽最大可能帮助你们balabala。当时就觉得不靠谱，没等hr就自己开始在内部投了，果然hr一周都没联系，最后给我们的一个opening list excel都是那种只有job id和level的那种…….顿时无语。当时觉得内部转组先拿上一个比较稳，就主攻internal transfer，疯狂reach out，约chat，内部面试。最后好不容易过了两周拿了一个internal的offer，然后过了两天就全部hiring freeze，新的manager说需要svp签字才有hc…….甚至我有同事已经签了internal的offer都被rescind…….你TMD早给我们说freeze，直接全layoff了我就不在这和你浪费时间了，有这个时间多面两家外面的公司。现在又要搞什么URA……就不能爷们点承认公司现在不行了然后直接layoff？奉劝亚麻的各位对leadership的扯淡一个字都不要信，觉得自己team危险的就赶快开始面吧……等那帮**折腾完了啥都晚了。
